-Selected OAuth Scopes: Select Full access (full) from the list of OAuth scopes. This will give your app access to all data in the user's Salesforce account.

Click Save.

Step 2: Install and configure the Salesforce Magento 2 integration extension

Once you have created a connected app in your Salesforce account, you can install and configure the Salesforce Magento 2 integration extension. This extension is available for free from the Magento Marketplace.

To install the extension, log in to your Magento 2 admin panel and go to System > Web Setup Wizard. Click the Extension Manager link and enter yourMagento Marketplace credentials. 1. Log in to your Magento 2 Admin Panel and navigate to Stores > Configuration > Advanced > System.

2. Under the "General" tab, expand the " Integration" section and select SugarCRM from the drop-down menu.

3. Enter the required information into the fields provided, including your SugarCRM Username, Password, and URL.

4. Once you have entered all of the required information, click on the "Save Config" button at the top of the page.

Your Magento 2 store should now be successfully configured to connect with your SugarCRM instance.

Step 2: Install and configure the SugarCRM Magento 2 integration extension

In order to install and configure the SugarCRM Magento 2 integration extension, you will need to complete the following steps:

1. Log in to your Magento 2 Admin Panel and navigate to System > Tools > Integrations.

2. Click on the "Add New Integration" button at the top right of the page.

3. Enter a name for your integration (e.g., "SugarCRM Integration") and click on the "Continue" button.

4. On the next page, select SugarCRM from the list of available CRMs and click on the "Install" button next to it. 5. Once installation is complete, click onthe "Activate" button next to Salesforce in order tomplete activation..

How to integrate Magento 2 with Zoho CRM.

Step 1: Configure Magento 2 to connect to Zoho CRM

In order to configure Magento 2 to connect with your Zoho CRM, you will need to create a new integration. To do this, log into your Magento 2 backend, navigate to System > Integration > Add New Integration. On the Settings page, you will need to enter the following information:

• Name – Enter a name for your integration

• Status – Set to Active

• Callback URL – This should be the URL of your Zoho CRM instance

• Zoho Username – Enter the username of the account that will be used to access Zoho CRM

• Zoho Password – Enter the password for the above account

Click on Save and continue edit. Next, you will need to configure the resources that you want to make available to this integration. By default, all resources are selected. Once you have made your selections, click on Save and finish.

Step 2: Install and configure the Zoho CRM Magento 2 integration extension

The first thing you need to do is create a new lead in ZohoCRM with basic information about your potential customer such as Name, Company, Phone number etc; Then go back intoMagento2 store->marketing->integration then choose Lead Synchronization option from left panel; In “Lead Synchronization” tab there are two options available i) Manual Lead import ii) Automatic Lead Sync If you want manual lead import then map all required fields between zohocrm lead module & magentolead module(you can get help from user guide which fields are required)and then click save config button after that click on “Import Now” button (present at top right corner); A pop-up window appears asking for confirmation like “Are you sure?” message Click OK; All leads get imported successfully from zohocrm lead module into magentolead module If you want automatic lead sync then select “Enable Automatic Lead Sync” option(present at top of grid)and map all required fields between zohocrm lead module & magentolead module(you can get help from user guide which fields are required)and then click save config button; After that whenever any new lead is created or updated in zohocrmlead module those changes get automatically reflect in magentolead modules
