Project slots

A Project slot costs €50 per month. It covers one Project — your top-level Magento environment — including the first production environment running on your own cloud infrastructure (BYOK).

What the €50 covers

The €50/month management fee is StoreFrame's charge for orchestrating and managing your environment. It includes:

• Full Magento 2 containerized stack (PHP via FrankenPHP, MariaDB, OpenSearch, Redis, Varnish, RabbitMQ, and more)
• SSH access and container management
• Automatic SSL certificates via your *.storeframe.store subdomain
• Environment monitoring and log streaming
• Unlimited team members on the Project
• Container lifecycle management (start, stop, rebuild)

It does not include the cost of the cloud server itself. You pay your cloud provider (Hetzner, DigitalOcean, Linode or UpCloud) directly for compute, storage, and bandwidth. StoreFrame never marks up your infrastructure costs.

The first production environment is included

One Project slot = one Project = one production environment. You do not pay a separate environment fee for the production environment that comes with your Project. If you add staging, develop, or test environments under the same Project, each of those is a separate Stage slot at €10/month.

Multiple Projects

Each additional Project you run requires its own Project slot at €50/month. A team managing five separate client Magento stores would have five Project slots (€250/month in Project fees), plus any Stage slots for their per-project staging environments.

When is a Project slot purchased?

For new organizations, a Project slot is purchased when you subscribe after your trial. For existing subscribers, adding a new Project triggers an immediate prorated charge for the remaining days of the billing month, and then the Project slot appears in your full monthly invoice on the 1st.

If you already have a payment method on file, the slot is added and provisioning starts without a checkout redirect.

Removing a Project slot

A paid slot stays available until the end of the current billing period. Slots with no environment when the period ends are not billed for the next one. There is no credit for removing an environment mid-period, and billing for the current period is non-refundable.

Slot pricing is stable

The price you see when you create a Project is the price you pay. If StoreFrame changes pricing in the future, existing Project slots maintain their original rate. New pricing applies only to newly created Projects.
