Create your account

Sign up for StoreFrame, verify your email, and set up two-factor authentication.

Before you can provision an environment, you need a StoreFrame account. The sign-up flow has three steps: create your account, verify your email, and set up two-factor authentication (2FA).

Go to hub.storeframe.io and click Sign up. Enter your email address and choose a password.

You can also sign up with Google or Microsoft. Social sign-in accounts skip the email-verification and 2FA steps described below — your identity provider handles authentication.

Verify your email

After signing up with email and password, Hub sends a six-digit code to your inbox. Enter the code on the verification screen to confirm your address.

The code expires after a short period. If it runs out, use the resend option on the same page.

This email code is not your two-factor code. It only proves you own the email address. 2FA setup comes in the next step.

Set up two-factor authentication

Accounts with a password must enable 2FA before reaching the dashboard. Hub walks you through setup immediately after email verification.

Install an authenticator app

If you don't already have one, install a trusted authenticator app on your phone. Download only from the official source to avoid look-alike fake apps:

Any standard TOTP app (such as Authy) works as well.

Scan and verify

  1. Confirm your password on the setup screen.
  2. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app. If you can't scan, enter the manual key shown below the QR code instead.
  3. Enter the six-digit code your app displays to confirm setup.
  4. Save your recovery codes somewhere secure. Each code works once if you lose access to your authenticator app. Hub asks you to confirm you've saved them before continuing.

Once setup is complete, you're redirected to the Hub dashboard.

Signing in later

Every subsequent login with email and password asks for a six-digit code from your authenticator app. If you lose your phone, use a recovery code instead.

You can manage 2FA later from user avatar → Account → Security.
