Question 1

What is StoreFrame?

Accepted Answer

StoreFrame is AI-native infrastructure for Magento operators. We run a production-tuned, fully containerized Magento 2 stack on your own cloud, with a Claude Code shell on every environment so day-to-day operations — provisioning, tuning, debugging, deploys — can be driven by an AI agent. We are not a hosting provider; the gap we close is operational AI, not hosting.

Question 2

Do I need my own cloud and Claude subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes — StoreFrame runs on infrastructure you own. You bring a cloud account (Hetzner, UpCloud, Linode, or DigitalOcean), your own Anthropic Claude subscription (Pro or Max) for the Claude Code shell, and transactional email (SMTP) plus your domain at go-live. You keep the keys, the data, and the cloud bill. We provide the stack, the automation, and the engineering.

Question 3

How quickly can I get an environment running?

Accepted Answer

A new environment provisions in about 30 minutes through the wizard — the production-tuned stack and SSL are handled for you. You can start a free 3-day trial without a card.

Question 4

What if I already have a server?

Accepted Answer

We can connect to your existing server and deploy the stack onto it, or use it as a dedicated development and testing environment alongside your production setup. Either way it runs on infrastructure you control.

Question 5

How do custom domains work?

Accepted Answer

You bring your own domain. At go-live you point your domain's DNS to the environment, and SSL is issued and renewed automatically from there.

Question 6

Can I migrate my existing Magento store?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our engineers plan and run the migration for existing Magento stores — not left to manual guesswork.

Question 7

Can I manage multiple stores under one account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Stores, projects, and environments map onto a single HUB.

Question 8

Do you handle backups and security?

Accepted Answer

Yes, built in on every environment: automated backups, automatic SSL, layered security (WAF, CrowdSec, OS hardening), and real-time monitoring and observability.

Question 9

How is pricing structured?

Accepted Answer

Per-environment pricing on top of your own cloud: Production is €50/month per project (first production environment included); Stage is €10/month each for additional staging, develop, or test environments, prorated and freed instantly on delete; bare metal is €250/month for a dedicated stack with custom sizing. You bring your cloud, Claude subscription, SMTP, and domain, billed by their own providers.

Question 10

How and when am I billed?

Accepted Answer

Monthly in EUR via Stripe, charged at the start of each cycle in advance. Billing is prorated when you add or remove environments mid-cycle. We don't issue refunds — instead, unused time on a deleted environment is prorated off your next invoice.

Question 11

What happens if I don't renew?

Accepted Answer

Nothing on your store stops. It runs on your own server with your own Claude subscription, so the shop stays online — what you lose is HUB access: the dashboard, monitoring, and the Claude Code shell. If the account stays unpaid for around a month, we terminate the connection between HUB and your environment; your store and data remain on your own infrastructure throughout.

Question 12

Does it integrate with payment and shipping providers?

Accepted Answer

Yes — it's standard Magento 2, so any payment gateway, shipping carrier, or extension that works with Magento works here.

Question 13

What support do I get?

Accepted Answer

Basic support is bundled — direct from the engineers who build and run the platform, not a ticket queue. A paid SLA with defined response targets and coverage windows (business hours to 24/7) is available. Consultation and training start at €120/hour, with a 2-hour minimum.

Question 14

Why StoreFrame?

Accepted Answer

Because the operational work runs on AI. Every environment ships with a Claude Code shell and real-time observability, on infrastructure you own — run by a small, technical team that operates this exact stack every day. Less DevOps, more Magento.
